Account Registration

Eligibility and Legal Warnings

  • Age requirement: Access to real-money gambling services on the Website is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years of age or older, and who are legally permitted to gamble in their jurisdiction. You must not create an Account or place any Bet if you are under 18. The Operator may request evidence of age at any time and may suspend or close your Account if you cannot satisfactorily prove that you are at least 18.
  • Australian law context: The Operator targets Users in Australia from offshore and appears on ACMA's blocklist. Online casino-style services and certain other gambling services offered via the Website are not legal for the Operator to offer to persons located in Australia under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth). These Terms do not represent Australian legal authorisation of those Services, and nothing in these Terms should be read as encouraging you to contravene Australian law.
  • User responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that using the Website or opening an Account does not breach any law or regulation applicable to you. You must carefully consider Australian law, and you are strongly advised to consult official resources (for example, information made available by ACMA at https://acma.gov.au) and obtain independent legal advice before using offshore gambling services.

Account Creation Process

  1. Registration: To become a Player you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing at least your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen password. You must ensure that all information supplied is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  2. Email verification: After submitting the registration form, you may be required to verify your email address by clicking on a confirmation link sent to the email address you provided. Your Account may remain restricted until email verification is completed.
  3. KYC and source-of-funds checks: Before deposits, withdrawals, or certain transaction thresholds are allowed, the Operator may require you to complete KYC checks by uploading copies of:
    • a valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver licence);
    • proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or equivalent dated within the last 3 months);
    • proof of ownership for payment methods used (e.g. a redacted bank statement or e-wallet screenshot).
    The Operator may conduct additional checks (such as source-of-funds or affordability assessments) and may request updated documentation at any time.
  4. Account approval: The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration, to decline to open an Account, or to close an Account at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, subject to any applicable law. Where required, the Operator may hold or return any Real-Money Balance in accordance with these Terms.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure all information associated with your Account remains true, complete, and accurate. You must promptly update your details through the Website or by contacting support at [email protected] if any information changes.
  • Single account: You are permitted to hold only one Account with the Operator for the purposes of using the Services as an Australian-based Player, unless the Operator expressly approves additional Accounts in writing. The creation or use of multiple Accounts may result in suspension, voiding of Bets, cancellation of Bonuses, and forfeiture of balances.
  • Password and access security: You must:
    • maintain the confidentiality of your username, password and any other login credentials;
    • not share your Account with any third party or allow anyone else to Bet on your behalf;
    • immediately notify the Operator if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security.
    You are responsible for all activity on your Account, including Bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, whether or not you authorised such activity, unless the Operator has failed to apply reasonable technical measures to protect your Account.
  • Prohibited use: You must not use the Website or your Account for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or funding of unlawful activities. The Operator may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and freeze funds while investigations are undertaken.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Betting Conditions

  • Acceptance of rules: By placing a Bet or otherwise participating in any game on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted:
    • these Terms;
    • any game-specific rules and payout tables displayed within individual games;
    • any additional promotional or Bonus terms that may apply.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or betting product has its own minimum and maximum Bet limits, as displayed in the game interface. The Operator may adjust these limits at any time, including setting individual limits on your Account, for responsible gambling or risk-management reasons.
  • Currency: The default transactional currency for Australian Players is typically AUD; however, the Operator may allow use of other currencies or virtual coins. Where currency conversion occurs, it will be based on a rate chosen by the Operator or payment provider at the time of the transaction.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted when it is registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting or game history. If there is any discrepancy between your device display and the Operator's server records, the Operator's server records prevail, subject to any applicable law.

Game Outcomes and Errors

  • Random number generation: Game outcomes are determined by the Operator's or its suppliers' random number generator (RNG) or by other clearly specified mechanisms for particular products. While the Operator may claim certification or testing of its RNG, no verifiable certificate has been provided as part of these Terms and you rely on such claims at your own risk.
  • Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, misconfiguration, mispricing, or RNG malfunction (an "Error"):
    • all affected Bets may be declared void by the Operator;
    • any Winnings credited as a result of the Error may be reversed or deducted from your Account;
    • if you have already withdrawn such Winnings, the Operator may seek repayment and may set off the amount against future deposits or balances.
    An Error includes, without limitation, incorrect game results, incorrect Bonus calculations, and system failures leading to incomplete or duplicated Bets.
  • Disconnections: If your connection is interrupted during a game, the outcome recorded on the Operator's servers will stand. Where possible, the game will either:
    • resume from the point of disconnection; or
    • be completed in your absence and the outcome applied to your Account.
    The Operator is not responsible for network issues, device failures, or other technical problems outside its direct control.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • User-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet is accepted by the Operator's system, it cannot normally be cancelled or modified by you. Any exception will be clearly described in specific game or product rules.
  • Operator cancellation: The Operator may cancel or void any Bet, in whole or in part, where:
    • the Bet was influenced by a technical Error or delayed/incorrect data feed;
    • you or a third party engaged in cheating, collusion, or the use of prohibited software (including bots or automated betting tools);
    • the Bet contravenes these Terms, game rules, or applicable law;
    • the outcome of the Bet was known or could reasonably be known by you at the time of placing the Bet.
    In such cases the Operator's liability is generally limited to refunding the original stake, subject to the "Limitation of Liability" section below.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Social Features

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino products, chat rooms, or other interactive features, you must:
    • refrain from abusive, harassing, defamatory, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language;
    • not threaten or intimidate other Users, dealers, or staff;
    • not promote illegal activities, including attempts to circumvent ACMA blocking orders or other Australian regulatory measures.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
    • collude with other Players to obtain an unfair advantage;
    • manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities;
    • use multiple Accounts or third-party Accounts to evade limits or restrictions.
    The Operator may monitor gameplay, record communications, and take action (including suspending or closing Accounts and voiding Bets) where it reasonably suspects fraud or collusion.
  • Moderation and sanctions: The Operator may remove chat messages, mute Users, or suspend access to social features where these rules are breached. Serious or repeated infringements may result in Account closure and forfeiture of Bonuses.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Principles

  • Discretionary nature: Bonuses, promotional offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards are granted at the sole discretion of the Operator. The Operator may introduce, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including for individual Users or segments, subject to any rights already accrued under an active offer.
  • Transparent rules: Each Bonus or promotion will ordinarily specify:
    • eligibility criteria (e.g. new Players only, minimum deposit, geographical limitations);
    • wagering requirements and contribution percentages by game type;
    • time limits and maximum convertible winnings;
    • any restricted payment methods or currencies.
    In case of conflict between these general Bonus Terms and specific promotional rules, the specific rules prevail for that promotion.

Activation, Wagering and Timeframes

  • Activation: A Bonus may be activated:
    • automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions (e.g. first deposit over a specified threshold);
    • by entering a Bonus code or opting in via a promotions page; or
    • manually by customer support, in which case the relevant conditions will be communicated to you.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise:
    • deposit-match or welcome Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (for example, 30x - 50x the Bonus amount, or the sum of Bonus and deposit);
    • only qualifying Bets at permitted games count towards wagering;
    • attempts to place minimal-risk Bets, opposite-outcome Bets, or systematically hedge results may lead to exclusion of such Bets from wagering calculations or to Bonus confiscation.
  • Time limits: Bonuses generally must be wagered in full within a specified timeframe (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). If the wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe:
    • the Bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled; and
    • only your remaining Real-Money Balance, if any, will stay available.

Prohibited Games, Stakes and Actions

  • Game restrictions: Certain games or game categories may:
    • be entirely excluded from wagering (0% contribution); or
    • contribute at a reduced rate (e.g. table games or live casino counting as 10% or 20%),
    as indicated in the specific promotion terms or within the Website's Bonus information pages.
  • Stake size limitations: While fulfilling wagering requirements, there may be limits on the maximum allowed Bet per spin or game round (for example, AUD 5 - 10). Exceeding maximum Bet limits when using Bonus funds may result in:
    • forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings; and/or
    • adjustment of your balance to remove gains considered to have arisen from breach of Bonus rules.
  • Abuse and exploitation: Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
    • opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly;
    • using "proxy" or third-party identities to circumvent offer limitations;
    • engaging in arbitrage betting, collusion, or other tactics designed solely to unlock Bonuses with minimal risk.
    The Operator may deny or revoke Bonuses and winnings where Bonus abuse is suspected.

Combining Promotions and Bonus-Related Decisions

  • Non-cumulative rule: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses and promotions cannot generally be combined. If more than one promotion might apply to a deposit or activity, the Operator may determine which promotion applies, or require you to choose one.
  • Priority of funds: The Website may apply a pre-defined order of play (for example, Real-Money Balance first, then Bonus Balance), which will be explained in the Bonus or cashier pages. The order of play may affect your ability to withdraw funds before fulfilling wagering requirements.
  • Bonus cancellation: You may request to cancel an active Bonus by contacting support at [email protected]. Cancelling a Bonus typically results in:
    • removal of the remaining Bonus amount; and
    • forfeiture of any winnings derived from that Bonus, unless stated otherwise.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: The Operator may accept deposits via:
    • credit and debit cards;
    • e-wallets and online payment services;
    • bank transfer and local bank solutions (including, where offered, PayID or similar methods for Australian Users);
    • cryptocurrencies, stablecoins or other digital assets, as specified in the cashier section.
    Available methods depend on your location, regulatory and banking constraints, and the Operator's risk policies.
  • Processing times and limits: Deposits are generally processed instantly, but may occasionally be delayed by banking or blockchain networks. The Operator may set:
    • minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction;
    • daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits;
    • additional limits for Users identified as presenting higher financial or responsible-gambling risk.
  • Fees and charges: The Operator may charge deposit fees or pass on fees charged by payment providers. Any such fees will normally be displayed at the cashier page before you confirm a transaction. Your bank or payment provider may also impose additional charges or unfavourable exchange rates, which are beyond the Operator's control.
  • Source of funds: You must only use payment methods that belong to you and funds that are derived from legitimate sources. The Operator may request documentation evidencing the source of your funds, and may decline deposits or freeze balances until satisfactory evidence is provided.

Withdrawals

  • Verification prerequisite: The Operator will generally not process withdrawals until KYC checks are satisfactorily completed. This may involve verification of your identity, address, payment instruments and, in some cases, the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in cancellation of withdrawal requests and possible Account restrictions.
  • Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are typically made via:
    • the same payment method used to deposit, where technically possible; or
    • an alternative method approved by the Operator if return-to-source is not feasible.
    The Operator may impose method-specific restrictions or require you to withdraw to particular channels for compliance or risk reasons.
  • Processing times: Once approved, withdrawals are usually processed within a timeframe indicated in the cashier section (for example, 24 - 72 hours). Additional delays may arise from security checks, banking networks, or cryptocurrency network congestion. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by third-party institutions, subject to any non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law (if applicable).
  • Limits and fees: The Operator may:
    • impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week, or month;
    • apply fees for withdrawals, particularly where you request multiple withdrawals within a short timeframe or use certain payment methods.
    Details will be shown in the cashier interface or communicated by support.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Refund policy: Deposits are generally final once successfully credited. The Operator is not obliged to issue refunds simply because you are dissatisfied with the Services, have lost funds, or claim not to have used your Account. In exceptional cases (such as documented technical errors), the Operator may, at its sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds of unplayed funds.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider:
    • the Operator may suspend or close your Account;
    • any Bonus or winnings associated with the disputed deposit may be cancelled;
    • the Operator may seek to recover any amounts withdrawn from the disputed funds plus associated costs.
  • Reversal of Bets and Bonuses: Where a Bet, game round, or Bonus credit is later found to have been affected by Error, fraud, or breach of these Terms, the Operator may:
    • void the Bet or promotion;
    • remove associated winnings from your balance; and/or
    • adjust your Account to the position it would have been in absent such Error or breach.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Responsibilities

  • Fairness and accuracy: The Operator endeavours, but does not legally guarantee, to:
    • provide games and betting products that operate as described in their rules and paytables;
    • record Bets, game outcomes, and balances accurately on its servers;
    • maintain reasonable technical, organisational, and security measures to protect your Account and data.
    However, you acknowledge that the Operator's claimed licence (including any reference to licence number 365/JAZ or similar Curacao authorisation) is unverified and may be invalid, and that you therefore rely on the Operator's integrity at your own risk.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Offshore and unlawful status: To the extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all liability arising from the fact that it offers prohibited interactive gambling services to persons in Australia in contravention of the IGA. You acknowledge that:
    • Australian regulators, including ACMA, may block access to the Website;
    • you may not have access to effective legal remedies in Australia against the Operator; and
    • Australian courts or regulators may consider contracts relating to such services to be void, unenforceable, or contrary to public policy.
  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for:
    • losses resulting from failures of telecommunications networks, internet access, or your hardware or software;
    • incompatibility of the Website with your device or browser;
    • delays, interruptions, or Errors beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any:
    • indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages;
    • loss of profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption or reputational damage;
    • loss arising from reliance on information provided via Royal Sreels or the Website, including any inaccurate statements about licensing or regulatory status.
  • Maximum compensation: If, notwithstanding the above, the Operator is found liable to you in relation to a Bet, game, or transaction, its aggregate liability shall not exceed:
    • in the case of a disputed Bet or game, the amount of the stake placed; or
    • in the case of a payment error, the amount of the incorrectly credited or debited funds;
    except where non-excludable rights apply under Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory statutes.

Non-Excludable Rights

  • Australian Consumer Law: If and to the extent that the Australian Consumer Law or other legislation confers rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited by contract, nothing in these Terms operates to exclude, restrict, or modify those rights. Where the Operator's liability in relation to such non-excludable rights may lawfully be limited, its liability is limited to the lesser of:
    • the cost of resupplying the relevant services; or
    • the amount you paid in respect of the relevant services during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Website content: All intellectual property rights in and to:
    • the Website and its underlying software;
    • graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, and domain names (including royalsreels-au.com and any associated mirror domains);
    • text, reviews, and other content published in connection with Royal Sreels,
    are owned by the Operator, its licensors, or the authors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

  • Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and review materials solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited actions: You must not, without prior written consent from the relevant rights holder:
    • copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from Website content or Royal Sreels materials;
    • redistribute, transmit, sell, lease, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its software;
    • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to access the source code or underlying algorithms of any software used by the Website, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Third-party content: Games, software, and other materials supplied by third-party providers remain the property of those providers. You must comply with any additional licence terms provided by such third parties.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy policy reference: All personal data you provide when using the Website or when interacting with Royal Sreels is collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with the Operator's privacy policy, as published on the Website. You should review that policy carefully before creating an Account or submitting any personal information.
  • Data processing: By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal information, including cross-border transfers to jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. This may include transfers from Australia to offshore locations associated with the Operator and its service providers.
  • Regulatory disclosures: The Operator may be legally or contractually required to disclose your information to payment providers, regulatory authorities (including, where applicable, ACMA or foreign regulators), fraud-prevention agencies, or law enforcement bodies in connection with suspected unlawful or prohibited activities.

Changes to Terms

Modification Process

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, for example to:
    • reflect changes in law or regulatory guidance in Australia or other jurisdictions;
    • address new products, features, or services on the Website;
    • correct Errors or improve clarity.
  • Notice of changes: Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify Users, which may include:
    • displaying a prominent notice or banner on the Website;
    • sending an email to the address associated with your Account; or
    • requiring you to actively accept the updated Terms before further use of the Services.

User Options on Update

  • Continued use as acceptance: By continuing to access or use the Website after updated Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.
  • Right to discontinue: If you do not agree with the updated Terms:
    • you must immediately cease using the Website and the Services; and
    • you may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available Real-Money Balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) by contacting support at [email protected].

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Rights

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account, or block your access to the Website, at any time, including where:
    • you breach any provision of these Terms, game rules, or Bonus terms;
    • the Operator suspects fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity;
    • you provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, or fail to complete requested KYC procedures;
    • regulatory or legal changes (including ACMA blocking orders or enforcement actions) make it unlawful or impracticable to continue providing the Services to you.
  • Measures upon suspension: In the event of suspension or investigation:
    • the Operator may freeze your Account balance;
    • no withdrawals may be processed until the matter is resolved;
    • some or all Bets may be voided, and Bonuses cancelled, depending on the outcome of the investigation.

User-Initiated Closure

  • Requesting closure: You may request that your Account be closed at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. The Operator may require that any pending Bets be settled and any active Bonuses be cancelled before closure.
  • Refund of funds: Upon closure (whether initiated by you or the Operator), the Operator will generally:
    • pay out any remaining Real-Money Balance to you, subject to:
      • completion of KYC checks;
      • deduction of any outstanding charges, chargebacks, or adjustments; and
      • applicable limits or regulatory restrictions; and
    • cancel any remaining Bonus Balance and associated winnings.
    In circumstances where the Operator reasonably believes that your funds are connected with unlawful activity or serious breach of these Terms, the Operator may be required or entitled to withhold some or all funds and, where relevant, report the matter to competent authorities.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Offshore contractual framework: The Operator is an offshore entity and claims (without verified evidence) to operate under a Curacao eGaming licence (including references to licence number 365/JAZ or similar). For contractual purposes between you and the Operator:
    • these Terms are intended to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified by the Operator on the Website (typically the laws of Curacao or another offshore jurisdiction);
    • where no jurisdiction is specified, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or primarily conducts its business will apply.
  • Australian regulatory overlay: Notwithstanding the above, you acknowledge that the IGA and other Australian laws apply to your use of offshore interactive gambling services from within Australia, and that ACMA and other Australian authorities may exercise powers in relation to the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits the operation of mandatory Australian law.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints: In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, Bets, Bonuses, or these Terms, you should first contact customer support at [email protected], providing:
    • your full name and Account details;
    • a clear description of the issue; and
    • all relevant evidence or screenshots.
    The Operator will aim to respond within a reasonable period, typically within 14 - 30 days.
  • External procedures: The Operator may specify an independent dispute resolution body or arbitration forum in its general terms on the Website (for example, an offshore alternative dispute resolution provider). Where such a body is validly appointed:
    • you may be able to escalate unresolved disputes to that body; and
    • any resulting decision or award may be binding in accordance with the rules of that body and the governing law.
    However, the availability, impartiality, and enforceability of such mechanisms for Australian-based Users are uncertain and may be limited in practice.
  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to any binding arbitration clause specified by the Operator, you and the Operator agree to submit any unresolved dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms to the competent courts of the Operator's stated home jurisdiction. You acknowledge that pursuing legal action from Australia against an offshore operator may be costly, complex, and ultimately ineffective.

Contact Information

  • Customer support: For questions, complaints, or requests regarding your Account, Bets, Bonuses, payments, or these Terms, you may contact:
  • Mailing and registered address: The Operator's precise headquarters, legal address, and company registration details are not specified in this document. You should consult the Website for any updated corporate contact details or legal notices. You acknowledge that the lack of clear corporate identity and verified licensing presents additional risk when dealing with the Operator.
  • Regulator information (Australia): For information on the legal status of offshore gambling websites, ACMA's enforcement activities, or to make a complaint about prohibited interactive gambling services, you may refer to: Note that ACMA is not responsible for resolving individual disputes between you and the Operator, but may take regulatory action (including blocking orders) against non-compliant gambling services targeting Australians.
